They can rely on the advice and recommendations of their representative without needing to worry about the appropriate method or strategy to present their claim or the fair market value of their compensation or remedy. If necessary, they can further rely on their representative to effectively maneuver through the legal system. Personal injury representation is typically handled on a contingency fee basis. Depending at what phase recovery occurs, fees range between 30, 35%, and 40% of the total recovery. Costs are advanced and subsequently recovered upon completion of the case.

Motta was a prosecutor for sixteen years and resigned in good standing in 2004. He has tried and prosecuted every conceivable type of criminal case and he brings a vast amount of experience to assist anyone who needs assistance through an investigation or prosecution. Gregory D. Rueb was a prosecutor for two years and has continued to do criminal defense work over the last twelve years. Together, they are well known within the law enforcement and judicial communities, and they are well respected.
Criminal defense services include: 1. Investigation of allegations. 2. Pre-filing, they attempt to communicate and negotiate with law enforcement and the District Attorney?s Office. 3. Post-filing of charges, they conduct all pretrial appearances, motions, consultations, witness interviews and a myriad of other matters which are designed to dispose of the charges in the most advantageous way for the client. 4. They conduct preliminary hearings, motions to dismiss, bail hearings, and all hearing necessary for the best potential defense. 5. Conduct Court trial and jury trials.
